Refunds and Exchanges

Should you not be satisfied with your Cheekwear purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your order once you have completed the Returns Form which we send out with every order.

You have 14 working days to return any Cheekwear purchase. All swing tags must still be attached & the garment must not have been damaged, soiled, worn or washed to qualify for a refund or exchange of item. Remember, when trying on Cheekwear for the first time, you should keep your own underwear on.
